12. Disney California Adventure

Disney park adjacent to the one and only original 1955 Magic Kingdom.

Opened in 2001 as a celebration of everything what’s Californian. For some reason the park couldn’t pick up for a long time and even with adding new rides and themes its just wasn’t enough.

Major 1.2 billion USD renovations including adding new theme Cars land and amazing water show World of Color was finished in 2012 and park is looking better than ever and filled with happy Disney fans.

Signature ride Radiator Springs Racers was the most expensive ever built and you will feel like being in the middle of the movie.

You really need to put this place on you bucket list. All the original Victorian theming, boardwalk feel and rides you cant find anywhere else.

Park is immaculately perfect, well maintained and organised. Other park operators should visit and learn 🙂
