4. Universal Studio Singapore

Some of you may wonder, why USS is on 4th place.

I love the fact, it is such a nice compact theme park, it has all great rides such as Revenge of the Mummy, unique duelling BattleStar Galacatica rollercoasters or Transformers 3D dark ride.

I have visited USS 3 times and each time I have had a very enjoyable time. It’s never too overcrowded and you can fully enjoy every single ride, every single beautifully themed corner of the park and sample some Asian specialties.

I didn’t have to wait too long for any ride and didn’t even buy the Express Pass. You won’t be totally exhausted after walking for miles, everything is near and you can do few walks around the lake and snap some great photos.

USS was open 2010 and still feels very new, polished and fresh. Madagascar themed areas is unique to USS as well as duelling Galactica coasters. Note, that many of the Egyptian hieroglyphics decorating the walls throughout Revenge of the Mummy spell out real words and warnings to visitors. It’s good to know if you stuck in the queue for some time.

The newest ride is family themed rollercoaster Puss in the Boots opened  in April 2015 and you can find it in Shrek themed Far Far Away land.

Once you leave the park , there is a great Maritime Museum or ( not so great ) aquarium to visit, crane dance ( weird ) show or a huge casino to spend all your cash.
